Terri Parker

Terri is our interim Program Director, as well as our Equine director
and has been giving riding lessons for 31 years. She attended Midway College and was a co-founder of the equine riding program there. |

Karen Waite
|
|
Karen is our Farm Manager and assistant riding instructor. She has
an Associates Degree in Animal Science, and her Bachelor's Degree is in Elementary Education. She has been working as an equine professional for more than 20 years, and currently is employed at a local farm. |

We absolutely could not make all of
this possible without our fine staff of volunteers. They bring a wide variety of experiences and talents to Rainbow's End, and many return year after year after years! |
