Our Equine Staff
Our horses come to us from a variety of sources. Some are
rescued, some adopted, some borrowed, ALL thrive on the attention of youngsters. Your children will provide that, and in return they'll be rewarded with the gift of a lifetime! |
Our marvelous permanent staff
Oops is one of our herd
co-leaders. She's appaloosa, and has the most wonderfully soft trot in the world! |
Strut is our other co-leader.
He's a big, strapping Tennessee Walker with a heart to match. |
A former show horse,
Remie is an Arab/Quarterhorse mix who brings a bit of "class" to our program |
In her mid 30's, Mollie is the "grand
dame" of the herd. A shetland pony who has been offered retirement (but turned it down), she absolutely loves helping the littlest kids. |
Our summer help for 2010
The newest addition to our family
is Puddles. She's a POA cross, and although she isn't as experienced as our others (yet!), she adds a spark of fun to the farm! |
Gracie is a Thoroughbred
mare, about 8 years old. We're very grateful to the Newman family for sharing her with us this summer. |
Mac is a quarterhorse that comes
to us this year through the kindness of Ms. Vickie Dickerson. We'll post a picture as soon as possible! |
